About the programme.

Who is Enable for?

How does this differ from AI training courses?
Courses teach general AI concepts. Enable builds specific capability for your organisation, your roles, your governance requirements. Every programme is scoped, facilitated, and designed to produce working knowledge — not certificates.
What formats do you deliver?
Half-day leadership workshops, multi-week team programmes, 1:1 executive coaching, and full organisational enablement engagements. Format follows need — we scope before we propose.
Do you deliver remotely?
Yes. Programmes can be delivered in person (London-based or on-site), remotely, or hybrid. Leadership workshops benefit from in-person delivery. Team programmes work well in either format.
